Derby have won their last four home games and that form can see them edge out rivals Forest on Friday. Under 1.5 goals is value given the recent record of both teams.

Derby have won their last 4 home matches (Championship).
Derby have seen under 2.5 goals in 13 of their last 14 home matches (Championship).

Nottingham Forest have seen under 2.5 goals in 7 of their last 8 matches against Derby (Championship).
Nottingham Forest have seen under 1.5 goals in their last 4 matches (Championship).
Nottingham Forest have seen BTTS No in their last 5 matches (Championship).
Head-to-Head Forest have the historical edge over rivals Derby, winning 42 and drawing 28 times in 107 games between the sides. Derby have won 37 times. Forest are unbeaten in the last seven meetings between the two sides, but this run has included four draws. The last match between the two sides saw Forest come from a goal behind to get a 1-1 draw at home to Derby. Derby Form
Wayne Rooney’s Derby side have been in decent form, winning six of the last eight games to move clear of the relegation zone. They are an all or nothing side with eight wins and six losses in their last 14 games. The run has included four successive home wins. Their resurgent form has seen them lifted to 18th place in the table, aided by a 2-0 victory last time out at home to fellow strugglers Huddersfield which saw them leapfrog them in the table. Goals from George Edmundson on his home debut and Martyn Waghorn secured the victory with a clean sheet against the 10-men Terriers. This came following a narrow 2-1 loss to promotion hopefuls Watford away from home. Watford hung on at the end, but they had enough despite a William Troost-Ekong's own goal giving them late hope. Derby have only failed to score in one of their last eight games and will hope that the top-scoring Colin Kazim-Richards can add to his season’s tally of six despite not scoring in the last three games. Derby Injuries & Team News Forward Tom Lawrence has a chance of returning to the squad from injury but the game will come to soon for centre-back Curtis Davies and forwards Jack Stretton and Krystian Bielik. Nottingham Forest Form
Forest haven’t been in great form, winning four of the last nine. But they do come in the Midlands derby off the back of two victories in a row. A narrow victory in the week over strugglers Rotherham illustrated Chris Hughton’s sides dogged defensive spirit as they ground out a 1-0 win thanks to Ryan Yates' second-half strike. This came off the back of another 1-0 victory against mid-table Blackburn Rovers. They were fortunate to come away with three points but again displayed defensive unity as Alex Mighten's goal earned the win. Forest certainly haven’t been involved in may goal fests of late. No more than one goal has been scored in their last four matches. Nottingham Forest Injuries & Team News Defender Gaetan Bong and midfielders Ryan Yates and Luke Freeman were brought into the side ahead of the victory against Rotherham. They should retain their places. Winger Sammy Ameobi and midfielder Samba Sow will be hoping of returning to the squad, but defender Scott McKenna, midfielder Harry Arter and forward Lewis Grabban are still out.
Verdict
Derby’s winning home form meets a dogged Forest side which doesn't concede many goals. Derby are tipped to edge it with momentum on their side.
