I am a football historian and writer, and I am delighted to announce that my third book, Sweeper Keeper: The Story of Tommy Lawrence, Scotland and Liverpool's Legendary Flying Pig is now available for pre-order ahead of its release on 25/03/2024. Please visit the shop to pre-order now!

To date, I have had published work for clubs such as Liverpool, Fulham, Watford, Huddersfield Town, Sheffield Wednesday, Port Vale, Southend United, Morecambe and Macclesfield Town. I have also done some sub-editing for a couple of fanzines I had previously written for. This has all come since my graduation with my MA in History, specialising in football history within Merseyside during the1960’s, in January 2018.

I have appeared on both TV (TRT World, Channel 4, Squawka Football) and Radio (Times Radio and LBC Radio) on several occasions, video and audio of these appearances are also available on the site. I have also written for several other clubs, magazines, fanzines, and websites.
